Can I see a preview/proof of my design?
Yes! We now offer previews on all orders of stickers via email. A preview of your stickers will be sent to your email address about 1-3 days after your order is received. This time may increase during periods of high volume.
What type of material are the stickers?
Our stickers are printed on premium matte vinyl that has Air-Egress technology—this means they are easy to apply and bubble-free. Our stickers are also waterproof and dishwasher safe.
How do I know if my photo is good enough?
Great question! The best photos are well-lit, clear, and not blurry. Check out our Photo Tips page for visual examples and tips on what to upload for the best results.
Should I pre-trace or cut out my face?
Please do not! The best outcome for stickers is when we receive the original, high-quality photo. Our professional artists will handle all the tracing and cropping for you.
Can I rush my order?
At this time we do not have a rush production option. Our standard production is 3–5 business days. We do offer a 1-2 Day Shipping option at checkout, but please note this does not speed up the 3-5 day production time.
